If we do not receive an e-mail from you within three (3) business days after we have announced the changes to our Cookie Policy on our Website, you will be deemed to have unambiguously accepted all such changes.

3 PURPOSES OF Repanels'S USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
- Repanels processes your personal data for statistical analysis purposes so that we can improve our Website, products and services or develop new products and services.
- Repanels processes your personal data in order to inform any third party in the event of a possible merger, sale or an acquisition or demerger, even if that third party is located outside the EU.

- Repanels shall process only those personal data which are necessary for the purposes listed in Article 3.
- Your personal data will only be processed for the time necessary to achieve the purposes listed above or until you withdraw your consent. It should be noted that withdrawing your consent to their processing may mean that you may no longer be able to use all or part of the Website. Only Repanels or its subcontractors' personnel who need to know your confidential data will have access to it and they will be subject to strict confidentiality obligations. 7 YOUR RIGHTS
- You have the right to request access to all personal data processed by Repanels concerning you. Repanels reserves the right to charge administrative fees for several subsequent access requests that are clearly submitted in order to harm or cause nuisance to Repanels. In such event Repanels may also choose to refuse these subsequent requests.
- You have the right to request the rectification of any personal data concerning you that are inaccurate free of charge. In the event of a request for rectification, this request must be accompanied by proof of the erroneous nature of the data for which rectification is asked.
- You have the right to withdraw your earlier given consent for the processing of your personal data.
- You have the right to request the deletion of personal data concerning you if they are no longer necessary for the purposes set out above or if you withdraw your consent to their processing. However, you should keep in mind that Repanels will assess your deletion request against:
- the overriding interests of Repanels or any other third party;

- If you wish to submit a request to exercise one or more of the rights listed above, you may send an e-mail to info@epco.be An e-mail requesting the exercise of a right shall not be construed as consent to the processing of your personal data beyond what is required for the processing of your request. This request must clearly indicate which right you wish to exercise and the reasons for the request. It must also be dated, signed and accompanied by a scanned copy of your valid identity card proving your identity.
- Repanels will inform you promptly of the receipt of this request. If the request is valid, Repanels will honour it as soon as reasonably possible and no later than thirty (30) days after receiving the request.
- If you have any complaints about Repanels's processing of your personal data, you can always contact Repanels at the e-mail address indicated in the first paragraph of this clause. If you are still not satisfied with Repanels's response, you are free to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, namely the Data Protection Authority (https://www.dataprotectionauthority.be/).
