Repanels reserves the right to update, change or amend this Cookie Policy from time to time. Such update, change or amendment will be communicated via the Website. If you do not accept the updates, changes or amendments, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to info@epco.be. If we do not receive an e-mail from you within three (3) business days after we have announced the changes to our Cookie Policy on our Website, you will be deemed to have unambiguously accepted all such changes.

3 PURPOSES OF Repanels' USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

7 YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to request access to all personal data processed by Repanels concerning you. Repanels reserves the right to charge administrative fees for several subsequent access requests that are clearly submitted in order to harm or cause nuisance to Repanels. In such event Repanels may also choose to refuse these subsequent requests.
You have the right to request the rectification of any personal data concerning you that are inaccurate free of charge. In the event of a request for rectification, this request must be accompanied by proof of the erroneous nature of the data for which rectification is asked.
You have the right to withdraw your earlier given consent for the processing of your personal data.

It must also be dated, signed and accompanied by a scanned copy of your valid identity card proving your identity.
Repanels will inform you promptly of the receipt of this request. If the request is valid, Repanels will honour it as soon as reasonably possible and no later than thirty (30) days after receiving the request.
