How to create and send an XML order
1. What is XML ordering?
XML (Extensible Markup Language) is a standard digital format that systems use to exchange structured data. Many ERP and purchasing systems can create an XML-file.
With XML ordering, your system produces an order file that you simply upload to shop.Repanels.com — no need to retype the details.
2. Benefits of XML ordering
✅ Create an order file directly from your ERP
✅ Upload it in seconds to Repanels Shop
✅ Faster and more accurate order processing (no manual retyping)
✅ Works with most ERP or purchasing systems that can export XML
3. Checklist: is XML ordering right for you?
✅ Do you have an ERP or purchasing system that can export orders in XML format?
✅ Do you have internal IT support or an external partner who can help you set this up?
✅ Are you able to prepare and send us a test order?
If you answered “yes” to these, XML ordering will work for you.
4. How to get started
1. Download our XML technical sheet here.
2. Ask your IT team to make updates in the purchase module (if required).
3. Prepare a mock/test order in XML format according to the test scenarios in the documentation sheet.
4. Upload your test order when logged into the shop on this page. (If you don’t have a shop account yet, please ask your sales agent to invite you to the shop).
5. We will check the file, confirm that it works, and guide you through the next steps.
⚡ Tip: Please do not start sending live orders until your test order has been validated by us.
